With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Carl delivers a highly skilled approach to the buying and selling process. His high energy, passion and enthusiasm drive his winning mindset. Having directed many multimillion dollar product launches and marketing campaigns for such consumer products giants as S.C. Johnson and Colgate Palmolive, you can count on a superior level of customer service and negotiation. Recognizing that professional credentials are an important element, Carl believes that the relationship he builds with his clients is still number one. In an ever-changing market, Carl believes that assisting clients in the decision making process with fact based information on current market trends and conditions empowers his clients to make the best decisions. Carl also spends his time volunteering at the schools that his two children attend. Raising a family in the San Ramon Valley, gives Carl a unique perspective on the schools, activities, and the neighborhoods our area has to offer.

Lorri Cutler
Lorri Cutler has been a REALTOR since 1992. She grew up in the real estate business with her father being a builder and her mother in real estate sales. Lorri has the ability to listen to the wants and needs of her clients and negotiates with their best interest in mind. She always educates her clients through the process and provides any information needed about our communities and schools. Her transactions are partnerships and she gives her all to them. Lorri takes great pride in what she does and loves helping people achieve their dreams and goals. In early 2013, the Lorri Cutler Team joined with the Battiste Team, and became Epic Properties Group.

Carol Peterson
Carol has been a REALTOR since 2005. She has lived and worked in the East Bay area her whole life and currently enjoys living in the San Ramon Valley. Carol has extensive experience working with buyers and sellers, whether it is their first transaction or they are a seasoned investor. After being an independent agent for over 6 years, Carol joined the Lorri Cutler team as the Operations Manager, where she helped Lorri list, sell and close transactions, specializing in Luxury properties. In additon to serving her clients, Carol manages operations for Epic Properties Group. As part of their customer service, Epic Properties Group has Carol to oversee the preparation of homes for sale, the flow of paperwork, the coordination of reports/inspections, and the steps involved in the escrow and closing process, all while keeping the client informed. Carol's sales and marketing background helps to get Epic Properties Group's listings the most exposure.
